The Reserve at Sweetwater Creek is developing a structured horse-leasing program that makes consistent riding more accessible to people across Austell and metro Atlanta.

The program is planned around fixed riding days, required instruction, and horse-use oversight. That structure gives lessees a dependable schedule while helping The Reserve manage horse workload responsibly and protect horse welfare.

The Reserve is planned to open in mid-October 2026. The initial lease program is planned for five horses, 10 total memberships, and 20 fixed weekly ride slots, making early availability intentionally limited.
